When signed in to My Telford click on "My Profile" and then "Update Profile". You can then change your Last Name on this page. When complete click "Save" and it will update your details.

Refer back to the email you received with the reference number on and email Telford & Wrekin Contact Centre contact@telford.gov.uk. All your service requests should show on the dashboard of My Telford.

When signed in to My Telford click on "My Profile" and then "Update Profile". You can then change your Address on this page. By changing the postcode it will display all addresses for that particular postcode and you can select the relevant one. When complete click "Save" and it will update your details.
