Below are frequently asked questions regarding the My Telford service.

Please note that registering for MyTelford does not enable access to other portals such as Council Tax, eStore, the Parent Portal and the Library Service. The email address you are registered with must be a valid email address which you have access to as verification codes such as for password resets will be sent to it.

Once you create a My Telford account the email address is tied to that account and cannot not be changed. To change your email address you will need to register for a new account.

You can change your password via the My Telford app. From the menu select "change password" and follow the instructions. Alternatively you can change your password via the web browser by using the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the sign in page.

When signed in to My Telford click on "My Profile". You can then change your Address on this page. By adding postcode in the address search it will display all addresses for that particular postcode and you can select the relevant one. When complete click "Save & proceed" and it will update your details.
